  2. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): From a plank position, lift your hips up and back, forming an upside-down V shape with your body. Press your hands and feet into the mat while lengthening your spine. This pose helps stretch the hamstrings, calves, and shoulders.

  3. Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I): Step one foot back into a lunge position, keeping your front knee bent at a 90-degree angle. Square your hips to the front of the mat and reach your arms up overhead. This pose strengthens the legs and core while improving balance.

  4. Child's Pose (Balasana): From a kneeling position, sit back on your heels and fold forward, resting your forehead on the mat. Extend your arms out in front of you or relax them by your sides. This relaxing pose helps release tension in the back, neck, and shoulders.
